Word of advice. I wouldn't train in a backyard fed if you want to train in a proper one. They'll either frown upon it and not let you in, or completely re-train you. And re-training will take months. This coming from someone in the wrestling industry in Australia. And I know backyarders who have had to be re-trained. Its not a pretty site.
If you wanna be in good condition when going to a proper promotion, then eat right, dont drink, do drugs or smoke. Do alot of excercise, and heighten your stamina. You'll need it mate. Wrestling is extremely fast paced.

Any teenage wrestlers (aged 12-17), from Sydney that wants to be part of a backyard hardcore wrestling fed called Sydney Pro Wrestling email: sydney_pro_wrestling@hotmail.com. Its more of an independent pro wrestling promo than a backyard wrestling promo, but most wrestlers haven't been completely trained so I guess it's classified as a backyard promotion. We will have a show every two weeks, then a live show in front of an audience every two months. The ring is a home made ring (it's not a trampoline ring).
