BREAKING NEWS:
KASPER WASN'T OUT
Well, that's going a bit over the top, but technically he wasn't.
The laws of cricket state that the glove is only part of the bat if that hand is attached to it (make sense? LOL), and when the ball hit Kasper's hand, it wasn't on the bat, so technically - that is NOT OUT.
Don't try to argue with me because I am sure I am correct, I saw it on Foxtel and I already knew that rule.
That's cricket I suppose, you get that, and this is not intended as sour grapes - but interesting to ponder.

There is also a rule stating that if they umpire says the player is out, they are out. Simple as that. From what I saw, it looked like it connected with the bat, but I am not sure.

There are still 3 matches to go. It is a 5 match series not a 3 match series.
I agree though. Australia will win the ashes as soon as Mcgrath gets back.

Ohh yeah I forgot.. 5 matches.. ANYWAY
In saying that Kasper wazn't out..
neither was that guy who was given caught behind when it went over his knee and hit his elbow out the back on the sweepshot but he has given so all is fair
