It's crap... I can do that on Paint! They glow looks crap, the background looks basic and everything is just crap!

The only real good thing about it is the background... but that is still repetitive. You need to stop using so much glow, it's not much of a good effect, and the use of so many colours looks ugly. The font is okayish... better than your usual hokey fonts.
