The reason why Eddie Guerrero is in the game is because at the time of the game, Eddie Guerrero wasn't in contract with WWE. So Legends of Wrestling saw the chance and signed him, as he was one of the biggest names available, as they can't sign any WWE superstars(WWE has them).

But RVD was in contract at the time of the game's release when he was in it...

But RVD was in contract at the time of the game's release when he was in it... At the time, RVD hadn't signed anything with WWE. He was just wrestling every night and getting paid. When he was signed by Legends of Wrestling, it was before he was in WWE, and after he was in ECW.

But it is called Legends of Wrestling and there both not legends... and only 1 of them has had the WWE Champoinship and it wasn't for very long!

Alright... this is really weird.
I was doing a Battle Royal on LOWII a few days ago when it suddenly glitched up. There were seven guys still to come in and two blokes came in but just stood up the top on the stage and never came into the ring. Hoping they would, I fought on.
It was down to the last three, me and these two guys. They never came in so I was forced to reset my XBOX. Thinking it might be a programming error, I did another Roya, this time no problem.
It must have been just a one-off glitch but it was really weird.
