Can the cutting get any worse?
Lol no offence but you could have tried to cut it..
Also you could have improved the background

I actually don't mind this banner.
It's good because you sort of look like CCC, and I like that you are both looking in the same general direction... the text and background suit it pretty well.
That said, I agree with 619, the cutting is shocking, but I like it so I say
4.5/10

You said you thought you were bad to me when I made a Carlito banner, yours are bad. You cant even take the time to cut out.

If your not trying, then don't :-*ing post it. Don't waste our time just so you can get your post count up with some crappy banner you made on Paint in 2 minutes that you didn't even put effort into.
