I haven't been satisfied with rates on this board of graphics, it seems like people are just using it for a place to get their post count up. When rating, your rate will have to be at least a paragraph, telling them what you like and hate (and why!).
When posting your graphics, don't post things that only took 5 seconds. Take time on them and then post it. Any graphics that were quickly made to get the post count up will deleted and same goes for not doing proper rates.
