What program did you make this on?

The border is wierd for some reason that I cant put my finger on. It just seems strange and too thick but that could just be me. As for the background...thats just a gradient with colour. I'm sorry, but try and mess around with the transparency of pics so that it looks interesting. Plus, try and add a texture. Do you have any other fonts thn that? Download some from www.dafont.com . As for the pictures they are good pics but the cutting could be improved.

The Banner is pretty good and the one picture has average cutting. But the one on the right is really bad.... And the picutres are chosen really well! And the background is really good also the text is really good! But the border is a weird colour so ill give you a 4.5/10
Also HBK On www.dafonts.com/en/ what do i do when i download a font i want and want to use the font?

Right Click the downloaded file and go extract all. Then go to the extracted file and cut or copy the file with a ttf at the end. You'll know which one it is. Then go to C>Windows>Fonts and paste it in there. Then it should appear in the fonts list. Voila!

That Hurricane banner looks like its been slapped on top of a picture with a Raw Logo on it and that background has resulted as the border!

STOP USING THAT TEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The cutting is alright but you need a pic with a move in it..

This is Weird cos u Just said everythink was really good except the Border and u give him a 4.5/10. How many points did he lose for the Border

Well in my opinion i think Borders are unnecessery in banners sometimes and in this case i think that it really didnt suit the banner and i also forgot to add to my previous post that the Hurricane on the right has bad cutting now.. that i have had a closer look.
