The banner is good, The Matt and Vince pic is too small but if it was bigger it wouldn't fit there.. The backgorund is ok But is Matt Hardy a Blue kinda man? Otherwise its pretty good, Text is good and so is logo

The BG looks good. The edging of the background looks too light compared to the more intense centre. I don't really like the symmetry feel. The cuts aren't too spectacular. The placement alrightish. The V1 is way out of place, that is old gimmick and shouldn't be on it. The text just looks ugly.

This banner is pretty good the cutting is perfect. And the effects used is average. But like D619 said is Matt Hardy a blue man i would say he is a red kinda guy. So i give you 8.4/10
