World Wrestling Entertainment has come to agreements on the release of the following Superstars. WWE would like to wish them the best in their future endeavors. Mark Jindrak Maven Shannon Moore James Yun (Akio) David Heath (Gangrel) Billy Kidman Spike Dudley Kevin Fertig(Mordecai) Source: WWE.comThis quite suprising to say the least. I wonder how Torrie reacted to Kidman's firing. |

Why does WWE have the right to sack anyone they want, cant you sue them for unfair dismall if they dont have good reasons? Maybe they might have good reasons.. But Billy Kidman, Shannon Moore and Spike Dudley were all great Superstars in the cruiser department.. Maybe for once WWE should try and consider dismissing people that we dont carefore or want around anymore like Undertaker and Hulk Hogan  |

WWE has every right to release them. They can simply say they aren't good enough, they haven't got room for them, can't afford them or anything.

But if the superstar isnt happy they can sue them for unfair dismall because if WWE cant afford them or dont have room for them they shouldnt have hired them in the first place.. and if they dont 'cut it' just dont give them any matches and they can get another job backstage or something

But if the superstar isnt happy they can sue them for unfair dismall It would probably say in the wrestler's contract that if they aren't up to expectations skill wise, they can be released. And also, they can't sue them for unfair dismisal, unless it is actually unfair dismisal. None of these superstars will try and press charges ... simply because there is not much for a case on it. |

No one would be dum enough even to sue WWE even if they did have enought evedince. WWE is a Multi-Million Company with alot of money and would be able to buy the best of the Best and if u ended up losing u would have to pay up alot of cash to pay for the court and lawyer. So basically its a waste of time.
On other terms Billy Kidman and Shannon Moore I thought they should of kept them but I guess its the mans decision. I see Shannon Moore getting a Contract with TNA but I dont no about Kidman He will definetley get offers but I think he would prefer to get a diffrent Job and spend time with his Wife. But theres no Guartee I'm right

This may be harsh, but they agreed to it and have to accept it. Most of those won't make an impact but: Spike Dudley (he's been around forever) Billy Kidman (his shooting star press was awesome) Dawn Marie Dudley Boyz (no more 3D  ) will change the WWE. |

Why did they release Dawn Marie!!! AShe was a great Diva in all the photo shoots and what not.. She was also really nice to us at WRT.
I dont care about the Dudley Boys..

Is it possible that all these superstars have been sacked for a reason?
Maybe these superstars were all sacked in a storyline so that ECW could recruit them and rebuild.. Signs of the ongoing invasions and One Night Stand could actually point in favour of this!!

All famous ECW compeditors.. Hopefully this is what will happen! I want ECW back!

Thank god it was about time WWE got rid of Matt Morgan but basically look at this way what have these superstars done in the last 2 months that made them stand out, Nothink that I can think of. But I was shock about the Dudleyz 17 times Tag champs thats gonna be a big lost but will most likeley get a contract with TNA.

Lol wonder why WWE are releasing everyone? They do this most years. Last year they did pretty much the same thing. Drop all wrestlers they don't have room for or don't need, or don't have storylines for. Some people have been saying on other forums they think Jericho and RVD will go... but with his Cena fued, I think Jericho should be safe. It is a wonder how Tmoko and Snitsky still have jobs. |

RVD wont go! He has heaps of storylines in him.. He has just been injured l8ly and that is why he has been out!
and Jericho wont be sacked! He has the ability to be great if he was put over as a maineventer!
