Today, Germany 2006 is EXACTLY ONE YEAR AWAY!!!!

This means that on June 9, 2006, the world will watch the commencement of the world's greatest football tournament!

6 of the 32 qualifying places are already assured being:

Germany (hosts)
Argentina
South Korea
Japan
Iran
Saudi Arabia


Many other teams are on the brink of qualifying but it's only one year to go!

Is Australia likely to get in this time because they haven't for ages! and they keep on failing us! Thats why my favourite team every since i was in like Pre-Primary is Brazil! Yay go Brazil..

Australia will again have to play the 5th placed South American team in a qualifier (providing we beat the Solomon Islands), and then we are in.

From the 2010 World Cup, we are part of the Asian group.

Brazil are almost qualified.

yeh teams like Brazil, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and others will easily qualify.. I'd be going for Portugal cause they got hell good players, ie Deco
